  • How do I cancel a class?

    You can cancel a class by navigating to the Classes page using the link on the top right corner of every page, or by clicking here, clicking the three dots, and then clicking cancel class. Please note, that if you cancel more than 72 hours prior to class as scheduled you will only be refunded 50% of what you paid. This is to compensate your instructor for the time they have taken to prepare the class. You will receive a full refund if you cancel any time before prior to 72 hours before the class is scheduled to start.

  • What if an instructor cancels my lesson?

    If an instructor cancels your lesson you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or Etomon will attempt to arrange an alternative course comparable to the one ordered.

  • What if I forgot my class was starting?

    Don't worry, we'll remind you! Text and email notifications are sent to you one day, and one hour, before your class is scheduled to start.

    * Please make sure your contact information is up to date to ensure you receive notifications from Etomon. You can update your contact details on the Edit Profile page, by clicking your avatar, then profile, then edit profile, or by clicking here.

  • How long does a refund take to process?

    Currently, payments are processed by ou financial services partner, Stripe. Stripe, in turn, processes transactions for major credit-card networks, Alipay and WeChat Pay.

    For major credit and debit cards most refunds will process within 7 business days. Please contact your issuing bank for more detailed information.

    For transactions using Alipay or WeChat Pay, please contact the service provider directly for information about your refund.
