Course Objective
Many people are often hesitant to try yoga. I want to introduce Yoga to everyone - especially for people who have never taken a class. I'll break down the movements slowly and we'll go over form and how to activate the right muscles when in postures. Focusing on mind/body movement with the breath is one of the key elements in yoga. Sometimes we forget to breathe if our bodies are under a lot of stress from our daily lives.
